Bob Soule retired from a four-decade career as a national security analyst and executive in 2022. During that time, he became increasingly concerned that climate change posed one of the greatest human-caused risks to national security, as well as to the health and way of life of future generations. Following his retirement, Bob and his wife traveled for six months to all the national parks in the Lower 48 states in their electric car to show that EVs are ready for prime time. Since returning home, Bob has been electrifying his own home and serving in volunteer positions for several climate groups working toward positive solutions, including for Rewiring America as an electric coach and for Citizens Climate Lobby. Bob’s education is in economics, with degrees from Amherst College and Princeton’s School of Public and International Affairs.
